8x4 Legs for days


This is a 8-week lower body strength and power program with a focus on improving the squat. You will do tons of front and back squats and tons of lower body accessory work. This squat cycle should prepare you for heavy lifting. No olympic lifts in this program! It´s suitable for intermediate andadvanced weightlifters or strength athletes.
