12x3 Build a strong Base


This program´s focus is on building basic strength and includes accessory work and mobility. In 3 moderate sessions a week, you will gain upper and lower body strength and power. The cycle ends with a 1RM test for back squat, shoulder press and deadlift. No olympic lifts in this program! It´s suitable for beginners.
